Drop Terms & Conditions1. Your trading name should not include the word Stardust. 2. All our clothes (kids, baby, womens, mens and teenager) including sale items are offered. Sale items are excluded from dropshipping. 3. The website must be selling goods which are complementary to our collection. 4. You are responsible for placing the orders online and providing us with the correct details. We will not take responsibility for orders that have gone missing due to incorrect delivery details. 5. You are responsible for entering your discount code at the check out stage. 6. Orders are only accepted when placed online. We strictly do not accept orders by phone, email or fax. 7. You pay 60% of the retail price (ie 40% discount) plus a postage and packaging fee. The discounted prices will appear once you have entered you discount code at the check out stage. Discounts are applied on prices exclusive of VAT. 8. Orders must be paid for online either by credit card or Paypal. We do not offer account facilities for our dropshipping service. 9. We will take responsibility for resending any missing parcels. However, prior to use resending the parcel you are responsible for: - requesting the customer to first check their address is correct. - checking you have given us the correct address. - ensuring the customer has checked the parcel is not at their local Royal Mail collection office (whether a card has been left or not). 10. The majority of our collection is held in stock. However, on occasion deliveries may be delayed or alternatively a line may be discontinued at the end of a season. We provide an out of stock page which can be found under dropshipping. 11. It is your responsibility to regularly familiarise yourself with new lines and discontinued lines. 12. Our new collection is available in September and March. It is your responsibility to check that the lines you are currently selling are in the new catalogue. If they are not then you should remove them from your site and add the new collection. 13. Any items that are faulty, incorrect sizes should be returned to us and a replacement will be sent free of charge. In such circumstances you will need to advise you customer of our return delivery address. 14. Each order will be subject to the following postage and packing charges. UK Costs £3.99 (single item) to £6.99 (over 3 kgs) Mainland Europe (EU) £4.99 up to 1kg. Each additional Kg is charged at £2 Rest of World £4.99 up to 500g (roughly two garments). Each additional Kg is charged at £4.99 15. Orders are sent with paper work which does NOT provide your customer with our details. You will need to provide our address in case of errors or returns. 16. When you place the order you will be sent an email invoice. We do NOT send paper copies of these invoices. If you lose your copy, we will charge £1per invoice to email additional copies. 17. Once you have placed an order you will not be able to add items to the order. This applies even if the order has not been despatched. This is because we operate a 'conveyor belt' type process (payment, production of personalised t-shirt transfers, printing, checking and packing and posting). It is sometimes difficult to locate the order before it has been sent and the paper work recorded. In addition we have found that any interruption of the process seems to result in mistakes. 18. We do not accept any exceptions to the colour options or type styles offered in our personalised range. 19. If you need to contact us regarding an order you must specify the order number. It is very difficult and time consuming for us to provide information on the status of an order without this number. 20. We reserve the right to terminate the dropshipping scheme with immediate effect. It is unlikely this will happen but we have terminated dropshipping in the past with companies that pay with credit cards that do not authorise on a regular basis or if a company has more than our average number of packages reported missing. 21. We do not provide CSV feeds as Google penalise sites for duplicate content so your site will list best if you write your own unique content. |
