Returns & Exchanges You will from time to time need to deal with returns and exchanges. Your role as a Stardust seller involves offering a helpful, professional and no quibbles customer service approach to dealing with returns and exchanges.

Why A Customer May Want to Return Goods


The most common causes for customer to wish to return or exchange garments are:
· Customers may simply not be happy with the garments.
· They may need to exchange the size.
· The garment may be faulty
· We may have sent the wrong items.

Dealing With Returns


Returns and exchanges are a nuisance especially were the mistakes are avoidable. However, regardless of how frustrated you may feel, you need to be able to assist your customer in a professional and helpful manner. We offer a no quibbles exchange policy. Simply follow the following procedure:

· Download our returns form. Click here to download the returns form
· Complete it on behalf of your customer
· Email the form to the customer
· Ask the customer to return the goods to us with the form.

Our returns address is simply FREEPOST STARDUST (UK only).

Overseas Returns


If you an overseas customer then you need to complete the form and fax it to us on 020 8678 7696 and we will give you instructions on what to do.
